Who We Are

Bethany Bowen Event Planner

I’m Bethany, the owner of GG’s, event planning company. A southern belle, originally from Louisiana, I made my way to North Carolina in my early 20’s. Somewhere between the lines of planning birthday parties, friends-givings and family gatherings, my passion for event planning came to life. Whether small or large events, I expanded my abilities, and spectacular visions came alive.

From the little details to the logistics of each event, I create memories to last a lifetime. Rather than clients taking on what seems to be the overwhelming process of it all, I produce an atmosphere for them to enjoy the moment. This is what I love to do, not only for myself, but as a servant to others in planning the prefect ambiance for their event.

At GG’s I aspire to create personal relationships with my clients, ensuring their style and vision. My planning skills encompass organizing, collaborating and executing each affair. My number one concern is to bring my clients ease and allow them to observe their dream coming true.

From weddings, birthdays, special occasions and corporate events, it is important to me as your planner to make the experience unforgettable.

The Mission

The inspiration for Girls Grow is to revere the moments that “stop time” in a girls life. As a girl grows into the woman God created her to be, it takes generations of women to go before her. The strength and wisdom of my mother and grandmother raised the standard and set the boundaries, as they celebrated milestones in my life, and for that, I am very thankful. The “girl-world” fantasies, all the laughter and planning silly things with friends, all have fascinating extremes and the memories carved in the heart of a girl never fade. Although GG’s services do not exclude males, the mission reminds us to celebrate the wonder of “girls” as they grow. Whether you are a queen for a day, or have the luxury of many sparkling occasions, each girl is the daughter of God, the King, and should always be treated like His princess.

Xo,

Bethany
